Reinstatement & Refurbishment of Converted Schoolhouse

The project:

This project was a reinstatement and refurbishment project following serious flood damage to this converted former schoolhouse in Ayrshire. The family had vacated the property after initial surveys revealed significant structural issues. We worked closely with them and the engineering team to rectify these issues before starting the refurbishment works.

Our team of in house tradesmen, including joiners, plumbers and electricians, all got to work reinstating partitions, and installing full new electrical, plumbing, heating and drainage systems.

The scope of works also included the installation of a state of the art kitchen, 3 luxury bathrooms and all wall, floor and ceiling finishes.

The project was overseen by one of our most experienced supervisors, who developed a strong relationship with the clients. The team worked tirelessly to ensure the property was handed back to them in time for Christmas.
