Safety and compliance
Health, safety and regulatory compliance underpin every construction project. Our in-house health, safety, environmental and compliance manager leads all pre-contract HSEQ requirements, SMSTS‑qualified managers, Chartered Institute of Building membership and ISO‑certified management systems to ensure that works are planned and executed safely.
We prepare detailed risk assessments and method statements, liaise with building control and comply with building regulations and CDM requirements. Our Gas Safe, NICEIC and SNIPEF accreditations mean that all mechanical and electrical elements meet current standards.
We have experience working on listed and conservation properties, liaising with building control and specialist consultants to ensure compliance.
