Commercial solar

Our commercial renewables team helps businesses move to clean energy, from solar panels to battery storage and EV chargers.

We manage the full process in house, from initial surveys and feasibility through to installation, commissioning and handover.

That means fewer delays, clear accountability and a system that works as intended from day one.

    Why renewables matter for business

Energy costs remain unpredictable and regulations are getting tighter. Businesses need certainty around their energy bills and a sustainability story they can stand behind. Lochlie’s renewable solutions help with both.

We work with landlords, owners, operators, manufacturers, developers and facilities teams to assess your site and design systems that match your energy use and the way your building operates. No fluff. Clear advice, real savings and proper compliance from day one.

    Solar PV for commercial use

Our solar PV packages tier-1 manufacturers backed by long term warranties. We take your consumption data, building structure and roof orientation to design a system that fits your energy profile and gives a strong return.

We handle the whole process. That includes DNO applications, planning permissions, inverters, mounting on metal, slate or in-roof systems, wiring and full electrical installation by our NICEIC approved electricians.

Before you commit, we set out the expected output, savings and carbon reductions in plain language.

Our systems use trusted, high-quality components and are installed by accredited installers. As MCS-certified installers, we ensure all solar installations meet current standards and are eligible for applicable incentives where available.

Battery storage to control your energy

Pairing solar with battery storage lets you hold on to surplus energy for the evening or for outages. This is ideal for warehouses, offices and production buildings that need reliable power at all times.

We install proven battery systems from leading manufacturers and configure them to suit commercial usage patterns. Safety, correct commissioning and clear documentation are built into every installation.

EV charging points to future proof your facilities

More staff, visitors and fleet vehicles are moving to electric. We help you get ready.

We install single or multiple bay charging points and manage the electrical upgrades, groundworks and testing. Our approach links the chargers into your existing supply wherever possible so you avoid costly surprises or delays later on.

    Renewables

Air source heat pumps for efficient heating and hot water

Heat pumps are a smart alternative to traditional gas or electric heating in offices, light industrial units and mixed use buildings.

We take care of survey, installation, commissioning and testing so your heating and hot water systems are efficient, compliant and ready for long term use.

    Survey, planning and compliance

Renewable installations involve more than fitting equipment. We handle surveys, planning requirements, DNO applications and technical coordination so your project moves forward without unnecessary delays.

You receive written capacity estimates, payback calculations, compliance certificates and full O&M documentation. That gives you clear reporting, auditable records and no surprises after handover.
