Corporate Identity Refresh at Car Showroom
The project:
Background:
We were appointed following a competitive tender process to complete refurbishment works alongside a corporate identity refresh for this returning client.
What we did:
The scope of works included installation of temporary accommodation for client’s staff, downtakings, safe isolation of services and the opening of a wall. New mechanical and electrical installations were installed including floor boxes, alarms and data cabling. Further internal works included all joinery, replacement of ceiling tiles, and breaking out and replacement of new floor tiles. Finishing works included all painting and decoration, and soft floor coverings.
Externally we completed some civil works in preparation for the installation of a specialist canopy. The majority of work was delivered by our in-house team, with tiling and specialist canopy installation completed by specialist approved sub-contractors. The project was overseen by a full-time, dedicated Site Manager.
