Challenges:

The challenges faced on this project were diverse and required a tailored approach to ensure successful delivery. Operating within a live manufacturing environment posed logistical difficulties, as the client’s priority shipping schedule often limited the flexibility of material deliveries and loading. Additionally, changes in project scope added complexity.

To address these challenges, we implemented a stakeholder-focused approach that considered the needs of building users, visitors, and operational staff. We carefully managed space and worked outside regular hours, starting as early as 6 a.m., to align with the client’s logistics schedule and minimise disruption. By selecting the most appropriate tools and techniques, we further reduced noise and interference with manufacturing operations.

Throughout the project, our in-house operatives and supply chain partners upheld professionalism, remaining easily identifiable with branded PPE and ID cards. Our adaptable approach and attention to detail enabled us to deliver high-quality results despite the complex and dynamic conditions for such a small yet complex project.
