Fabrication and installation
Good coordination is what keeps these projects moving.
We manage fabrication, delivery and installation so the frame reaches site when it should and is erected safely and efficiently.
Our in house trades then take care of the supporting works such as cladding, insulation, doors, windows, electrical work and plumbing. Keeping all of this under one roof tightens the programme and avoids the usual “who is responsible for this bit?” delays.
Internal fit-out
A steel building is more than a shell. We can deliver the full internal fit out including lighting, heating, welfare facilities, storage systems, partitions and mezzanines.
Because our core trades are in house, you have one point of contact and one team working to the same standard from start to finish.
