Lochlie Construction’s February Highlights: Building More Than Projects

Welcome to our February 2026 newsletter. Building on a positive start to the year, February has focused on further strengthening our safety culture, continued development of our people, and delivering projects that have a meaningful impact on our community.

Across every division, we’ve continued to prioritise high standards, invest in learning and innovation, and work collaboratively to ensure each project reflects the quality and care that define Lochlie.

Here’s a look at the milestones and stories that shaped Lochlie Construction this month.

Safety: A Culture, Not a Checklist

February marked Work Safely Month. We believe the most important thing to come off of any of our sites at the end of each day is our team. To reinforce our safety-first culture, we have renewed our pledge with The Lighthouse Charity: Ensuring our team has a safety net for emotional, physical, and financial well-being that extends far beyond the hard hat.

Innovation: Striving for Better

As part of our mission to embrace innovation and find smarter ways to build, we held our first AI knowledge-sharing session this month. Our team and guest speakers explored automation workflow and tool recommendations to drive real results. Through the generosity of those who attended, we raised £750, split between ACCORD HOSPICE and Lapwing Lodge Outdoor Activity Centre.
