Welcome to the January edition of the Lochlie Construction Group Newsletter!

Welcome to our first newsletter of 2026! It’s been a landmark start to the year at Lochlie Construction. From hitting major financial milestones and restructuring for the future to handing over community-focused projects, the momentum is higher than ever.

Here’s a look at what’s been happening across our sites and HQ this month.

Strategy: Streamlining for the Future

We are incredibly proud to announce that Lochlie Construction has officially reached the £10m revenue milestone. Since our founding in 2014, we’ve grown into a team of 72 dedicated professionals.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a target to double our turnover to £20m by 2030, we have streamlined our business into four specialist divisions to provide even more focused expertise:

  • Ardura by Lochlie: High-end, luxury residential projects.
  • Lochlie Core: Our signature commercial fit-outs and refurbishments.
  • Lochlie Steel Buildings: Specialist structural and steel-framed solutions.
  • Lochlie Commercial Solar: Powering Scotland’s transition to green energy.
