Melville Street
The project:
We completed this project in conjunction with our client, Southside Housing Association to transform this 8-bedroom maisonette property in the Pollokshields area of Glasgow. The property required significant internal works, including structural alterations, rot treatment and damp proofing, plus all internal joinery, plastering, electrical, plumbing, heating and decoration.
Additionally we refurbished all windows, and the original doors on the upper floor. This property was transformed from being damp, dark and dingy to a light, spacious and airy property ready for the family to move in. Our Site Manager William did a fantastic job on this project, and we have received excellent feedback from the client since handover. Well done to all involved!
