Cart Shed

This project was a conversion and refurbishment of a former stables building in Ayrshire to provide a cottage-style property. Situated in a rural location, the client had redeveloped the main house, and had a clear vision for providing an appealing holiday-let property on their estate.

Our team undertook a full suite of renovation works, which included a new roof and construction of an extension. We installed full new electrical, plumbing and heating systems, as well as structural works. The refurbishment was completed with internal joiner, painting and decoration, and the installation of kitchenette and bathroom facilities.

The end result is a charming cottage and holiday let which has added significant value to this previously abandoned estate.
