Internal refurbishment of listed church building in Glasgow City Centre
The project:
Background:
We were appointed following a competitive tender process to complete refurbishment and alteration works to the ground and first floors of the building.
What we did:
The scope of works included downtakings, the installation of new timber partitions and ceilings, stage floor structure, replacement of auditorium floor, all doors and finishes, installation of kitchen units, and installation of new glazing. Our mechanical and electrical team installed new plumbing and heating systems, ventilation and electrical works.
Further internal works included plastering, ames taping, tiling, and floor finishings. Our Painting & Decoration team completed the finishings on this project.
The majority of work was delivered by our in-house team, with flooring and tiling completed by specialist approved sub-contractors. The project was overseen by a full-time, dedicated Site Manager.
