Apprentice Intake
We are delighted to welcome the first of our new Apprentices to the company this month! Firstly, we’re excited to introduce Callum, our newest first-year Plumbing Apprentice! Selected from a pool of over 50 applicants, Callum has already hit the ground running on-site, getting to know the team and our current projects. He’ll be starting his college studies in September and is eager to take on this exciting new chapter.
We’re delighted to announce the successful completion of refurbishment works at Aggreko’s Dumbarton offices. Under the expert guidance of one of our seasoned Supervisors, our team transformed various meeting and collaboration areas into fresh, inspiring spaces.
By working closely with Aggreko’s power and IT team, we ensured a seamless project delivery that complemented their existing infrastructure. The end result is a revitalised workspace that enhances productivity and collaboration.

Celebrating team success!
We are thrilled to recognise the outstanding accomplishments of 7 team members who recently earned their Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs).
Gordon Fraser has excelled in achieving his SVQ Level 5 in Site Management. Since joining us in 2022, Gordon’s rapid progression to Supervisor has been instrumental in the success of numerous projects.

We also extend our congratulations to Paul Donachie on earning his SVQ Level 5 in Site Management. Paul’s dedication and hard work over the past seven years have been invaluable as he advanced from joiner to Site Manager, playing a key role in projects such as the Hillington head office refurbishment.
Their achievements are a testament to their talent and dedication, and we are proud to have them as part of the Lochlie team.

Fire Damage Restoration Nearing Completion
We’re pleased to share that our fire damage reinstatement project for Southside Housing Association is entering its final stages. Our skilled in-house tradespeople are working diligently to ensure the properties are restored to their former glory and ready for handover.

This extensive project has encompassed a full restoration of roofs, roof spaces, external facades, communal areas, stairwells, landings, and all individual flats within the affected tenement blocks.
We look forward to unveiling the completed project very soon!
