McCulloch Street: Handover Ready ⛏️
We’re excited to announce that our work on the McCulloch Street fire damage reinstatement project is now finished! The building has been fully restored and is ready to be handed over to Southside Housing Association.
Our team has worked tirelessly to repair and refurbish the entire property, from the roof to the interior. This included:
- Roof and Roof Spaces: Complete reinstatement and refurbishment
- External Elevations: Repairs and updates
- Communal Areas, Stairwells, and Landings: Full restoration
- Flats: Interior work, including joinery, electrical, plumbing, heating, and painting
We’re thrilled with the results and are grateful for the opportunity to work with Southside Housing Association 🏡 on this important project.

Office Refurbishment in Glasgow City Centre 🔥
This month, our team completed a successful office refurbishment project in Glasgow City Centre. Working alongside TGP Landscape Architects , we delivered a range of improvements to the space, including:
- Demolition: Removal of existing partitions and suspended ceilings
- Construction: Installation of new partitions and openings
- M&E: Electrical and plumbing works
- Glazing: Installation of glazed screens
- Finishing Touches: Ames taping, painting, and new flooring

Scotland Excel Estates Management Expo and Framework Appointment 🏗️

As part of our work with Scotland Excel, Claire McBlain and Julian Devitt spent the day representing us at their Estates Management Expo at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on Tuesday 17th September.
They had a brilliant day chatting to the other businesses and everyone that stopped by our stand, with over 180 delegates in attendance!
