Refurbishment and Cosmetic Alterations
The project:
Our client, Turning Point Scotland, wanted to increase their residential rehabilitation capacity in Glasgow and identified an area of an existing property to be converted. We were appointed to this project following a competitive tender process.
The first phase of works included downtakings, isolation of services, removal of existing walls and floor coverings. The team then moved on to erecting new partitions, mechanical and electrical installation, plastering and taping, before progressing to finishing works throughout, including full floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
All works were carried out by our in house team of skilled tradesmen and supervised by one of our experienced Site Managers, with works completed ahead of schedule.
