As 2024 comes to a close, we’ve been reflecting on what has been an incredibly busy and rewarding year.
Over the past 12 months, we’ve had the privilege of working across various sectors, each presenting its own unique challenges and opportunities. From commercial refurbishments to sustainability-driven renovations, it’s been a year filled with growth, learning, and achievements. In this roundup, we’ll be sharing some of our favourite and most notable projects from 2024 and highlighting the key work carried out.
Aggreko Office Spaces
Aggreko stayed fully operational while we renovated their collaborative spaces in Dumbarton. To minimise disruptions, we implemented a phased refurbishment plan, tackling each area one at a time and working closely with Aggreko’s power and IT teams to seamlessly integrate new technology. The result? Stunning, refreshed spaces designed to inspire creativity and collaboration.
Mosstoll Cottages
These specialised cottages were designed with assistive features tailored to our clients’ needs. The project included building carers’ quarters, a hydrotherapy pool, and accessible buildings. While prioritising functionality, the buildings also boast a beautiful design, creating a truly lovely place to live.
Kooltech Solar Install
At Lochlie, we carefully calculate the exact number of solar panels our clients need to maximise their return on investment. For our neighbours, Kooltech, that meant an impressive 159 high-efficiency panels, estimated to reduce carbon emissions by a massive 15,894kg per year. Congratulations, Kooltech, and thank you for helping create a greener future.
